I spoke with Rafael on Saturday, we agreed on the contract and he started the job on Monday morning. He arrived on time, just like he said he would, which was outstanding given he was two hours away from the job site. We coordinated the final details of the job on Monday afternoon, after he had an opportunity to view the site, and he began the work immediately. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with which was essential given that I was not able to be on site with him. He and his team finished the entire job by Tuesday evening, a half day ahead of the planned schedule. They did an outstanding job, everything looks great and I would gladly hire him again.

i started doing vinyl flooring as a teen helping my cousin out. later i learned to install hardwood and tile because its a more "artistic" flooring and makes me feel proud of the work i do when i am done.
