I spoke with Rafael on Saturday, we agreed on the contract and he started the job on Monday morning. He arrived on time, just like he said he would, which was outstanding given he was two hours away from the job site. We coordinated the final details of the job on Monday afternoon, after he had an opportunity to view the site, and he began the work immediately. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with which was essential given that I was not able to be on site with him. He and his team finished the entire job by Tuesday evening, a half day ahead of the planned schedule. They did an outstanding job, everything looks great and I would gladly hire him again.

I had Rafael tile a tub shower and also redo a bathroom floor. Rafael was punctual and if he was late he would let me know in advance. Him and his partners had good problem solving skills and worked around some weird features of my older house like sloped walls and unlevel floors. They addressed these issues efficiently without ignoring them. They installed the floor by the book and had the correct sandwhich of thinset, cement board, and tile. Now I have a totally solid and level floor. Rafael and his team always worked very quickly and always cleaned up after they were done. They also brought plastic sheets, painters canvas, and paper sheeting to keep the floors of the house clean. Rafael came back at our request to do touch up grouting after everything had dried. Pricing was a good value based on previous quotes we had gotten. All in all, I would recommend these guys.

i started doing vinyl flooring as a teen helping my cousin out. later i learned to install hardwood and tile because its a more "artistic" flooring and makes me feel proud of the work i do when i am done.
