A handyman was working on replacing my frenchdoor thresholds and then identified rotten areas underneath that was beyond his scope. I found Junio on Thumbtack and he responded quickly and came out to assess things carefully. He not only checked from the outside but also went in to the crawlspace to investigate what needed to be done. When he came back with materials he needed for repairs, he took time to make sure things are done right. From communication to finishing up the project, he was professional, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. I will work with him for future work for my house. (*photos are before and during Junio’s work.)

Junio replaced rotting posts on a deck that a flagstone patio had been built around by the previous owners. He was able to remove the flagstone, dig out the old posts, pour new footings, and reinstall the same flagstone all in one day. The deck posts now sit on top of a base that will help protect them from rotting again. Junio is well-versed in many facets of home improvement and pays attention to detail. I will definitely reach out to him again with future projects.

I can't say enough great things about Junio. In my experience, individual contractors aren't usually very punctual, reliable, or communicative. Junio was all of those things. He said he'd be here at 8 and pulled up and sat in his truck at 7:50. He was able to suggest a better, more efficient route for my deck replacement job, and am even hiring him for another job coming up. He was quick, efficient, clean, and very responsive.
