We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing before any work begins—no surprises and no hidden fees. Our rates are based on the complexity of the job, parts needed, and time required. We also offer: Multi-property and property-manager discounts Bundle pricing for multiple fixtures (toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.) Transparency is extremely important to us—customers always know the price before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick phone or message consultation to understand the problem. Schedule the repair or installation at a time that works best for you. Complete the work efficiently, clean up the workspace, and test everything. Follow-up to ensure you’re fully satisfied. Our goal is to make the process simple, professional, and stress-free.
