How did you get started doing this type of work?
I begin working on my first computer in 2000. A bit of a geek & someone who likes trying out new things I would constantly run into issues & break my computer. I had warranty service on my computer & would use the tech support to help me fix my broken machine. Inevitably their finale "solution" to the problem would be to format & reload the OS causing me to lose everything I had on the machine. Frustrated with their tech support I took it upon myself to fix the problem I had created. I created many trying to upgrade hardware & software & just generally trying to see what I could make the machine do. Soon friends & family began calling me every time they had an issue with their computers. I've worked with several companies in the field. I managed a shipping center for computer equipment & custom built servers & pc. In 2008 I began RadicalType & began offering my clients their own personalized tech support & advise. I've had many wonderful clients since then & plan to continue doing so.
