- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting is typically done via email. Once I understand the project and both sides want to move forward, a simple agreement is sent which both sides execute. This agreement outlines responsibilities, expectations, timeline, and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in English (Creative Writing) and have done editing of books, legal documents, academic papers, and resumes for over 10 years.
