Chuck was very helpful and provided options to figuring out what’s wrong with why the circuit from pool pump to the breaker was not working. He eventually found that the wire under the ground was damaged. He replaced/repaired the area of the wire that was broken and fixed the power is back on. He was able to resolve the issue. I just found his price was too high for the work that was done.
