Natalie our driver was on time and friendly. She got us to and from the airport with no issues and was a great communicator. First Legacy was affordable and I will use them again when I am down in GA. Their automatic texts and alerts were super helpful in letting me know where our driver was and when they arrived and I was able to easily make a change to my pick up right on the website/app. Craig went above and beyond by contacting us when my daughter left her expensive headphones in the car when we were dropped off at the airport. We were already home and had no clue the headphones were missing yet. He quickly let me know he could mail them to me since I was in a different state by then and sent me the tracking info once he sent them off. I am so grateful.
