Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Thank you for considering Neighborhood Realty LLC for property management services. I am confident that you will not find a more professional team than the one we have here. We provide all marketing and advertising without asking for any out-of-pocket money from you. We show the property, take applications, run credit, screen applicants, prepare the lease, and conduct the move-in inspection. For all these advertising and leasing services, we ask for a procurement fee equal to the amount of 1 month's rent. The fee comes with a prorated guarantee that warrants you will receive 12 rental payments, and if you don't, we will credit you on a prorated basis. Ongoing, we manage all aspects of the property for a monthly fee of 6% of the income. We don't have a renewal fee like other companies. We don't charge to do inspections, go to court, etc. These are the only fees you incur; and neither come out of pocket. All fees are deducted from income.
