I was looking for an Architect with experience building daycares in the Atlanta area so I started doing research on the Internet and I was really skeptical about finding one. I submitted an RFP because I wanted my objectives to be clearly understood. Lorraine was one of 6 Architect that answered my RFP and after through vetting and interviews won the bid to design my daycare. I was really impressed with her attention to detail and knowledge of the daycare industry! During our initial kickoff meeting she had already read the requirements for zoning and the overlay district, which was another impressive gesture that confirmed we selected the best Architect to design our daycare. Based on the first phase of our project, I would definitely recommend Locus Design & Consulting! - Daniel B. Daycare Owner Atlanta
