We work out a Thanksgiving menu with you; we do the groceries, and we come to your house or designation three to one day before Thanksgiving, and prepare the entire meal/dinner including appetizers and dessert with you, once everything cools down, refrigerate everything until Thanksgiving day, when everything is warmed up to look and taste as if it was all made the same day.
