- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay competitive. I'm always willing to negotiate if we need to within reason. My goal is for this to be a win-win for the customer and our company!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
communication with them as far as what they want done and when. and to ensure we are both on the same page so we can get the job done as smoothly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
self taught on a lot of things but have worked along side several tradesmen over the years who have taught me how to do things and how to do them right. I have a bachelor in business management, have over 10 yrs experience in customer service and management.
