My job involved replacing 6 engineered floor planks that had become damaged under the kitchent refrigerator. Jaime, quoted a reasonable price to replace the floor. His estimate was for labor only (I purchased the necessary supplies). He did such a good job I will use him in a future project.
Everyone, I am not getting paid for this review, I am a regular customer who used Jaime for the 1st time.

My hard wood floors were in bad shape but I didn't want to spend more money on replacing them so I chose to get them resanded and Staind and after 2 years with two dogs my floors still look great.
