My experience with Marline was very pleasant. I contacted her, and her response time to my inquiries and customer service questions were prompt and professional from the time we coordinated the logistics up to the day of the project. Within three hours, the one person team cleaned my entire house. The services I received included: (1) a walk through to see the house; and (2) a final walk through to review the unit after cleaning was complete. used their own cleaning equipment, relieving me of the hassle of purchasing my own. This is a small-size company that punches above its weight; She did an excellent job cleaning the entire house. Spotless! I will have her help me tidy up my house monthly because she's that good. I would recommend Marline for any of your cleaning needs.

Book with an opened mind because everyone’s experience is different. I contacted Marlene and she responded right away. I was able to tell her what I needed done and she showed on promptly with all supplies, ready to work. She took her time and did a very thorough job and was very reasonably price. I’m very particular and I for sure will hire Marlene again. Thanks!

Here’s a firm, factual review that focuses on your experience without making claims beyond what you described: I would not recommend this cleaning service based on my experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not meet basic expectations. Dirty dishes were placed back into my cabinets instead of being properly cleaned, trash was left sitting outside my home, and several areas that should have been cleaned were either overlooked or done carelessly. I also discovered that an item in my home had been broken and was never disclosed to me. When I politely reached out to express that I was dissatisfied, I wasn’t looking for a discount or refund—I simply wanted my concerns acknowledged and a sincere apology. Instead, my concerns were dismissed. To make matters worse, I was suddenly charged a higher price than originally discussed. When I asked about the increase, I was told she had “forgot”. Rather than addressing my questions professionally, she became defensive and accused me of not wanting to pay. This accusation was especially frustrating and very insulting. What started as a respectful conversation about poor service quickly turned into an unprofessional and disrespectful interaction. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this company fell short in both areas. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe others deserve to know what they may experience. I cannot recommend this business based on the quality of the work or the way legitimate customer concerns were handled.
