I had an annoying leak in my bathroom. It was dripping down to the ceiling of the kitchen below. They quoted me an hourly rate and resolved the problem. Because of the leak, there are some flooring issues which I will get repaired at a later date. However, the fixed the problem at hand in a timely manner.
