I would give 0 stars but this is not an option. I purchased a living social and booked my appointment 2 months in advance. On the day of the my scheduled appointment, I received an email (not a phone call but an email) 15 minutes AFTER my set appointment time asking to reschedule because the cleaning crew was still at another job. I replied that rescheduling was not an option and received no response. I also called and left a voicemail and still have not heard back from the company. Living Social has also tried contacting this merchant to no avail. I under no circumstances would recommend McAllister and Rice cleaning.

Communication was done by email because you had sent an email earlier that morning stating to check in with your leasing office because you would be at work, therefore, that is how the information was conveyed back to you. We are not sure how you would have wanted us to handle this. We asked to reschedule you because one of loyal customers' cleaning job was exceeding their scheduled time and you stated this was not an option. We do not leave cleaning jobs prior to completion. Situations come up in the cleaning business. We are flexible for our clients when issues arise and we would hope the same in return.

We like to come out to the home and get a clear picture of the needs of each new client. In this manner, we are able to gauge the type of service needed and address any questions or concerns.
