Hugo responded right away to my request. Then he directed me to Cesar Martinez for help with my insurance claim. Cesar was one of best help I ever received with any kind of service. He was there explaining everything to me every step of the way. He made it imperative to be present when my adjuster came to look at my roof. Cesar was attentive and responsive to any questions I had. He also helped ease my mind with any concerns I had. The day of the roof replacement, the crew arrived early morning and got straight to work. They were completely done at about 6pm. The roof looks amazing! Cesar and the team made this a smooth process. And for a home owner that’s all you really want. A great job done and a smooth process to get it there.

Roofing is quite complex since the job sizes and details vary. That being said, you can always count on me to provide a reasonable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking on a new roofing project can be intimidating, the process I follow is inspection first. Then I show the client my findings and give them my recommendations. I try to be as detailed as possible when explaining why we have to use a certain material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a little over 30 years of roofing experience.
