- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to give an accurate quote I need to gather as much information as possible. Sizes, materials, site visits, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I listen to what it is they need and then take the time to explain to them what will be done. I will also offer alternative solutions that may save them money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 31 years working as a plasterer including drywall, masonry, and stucco
