Recently, I moved to a new place. I unpacked a few things for my kitchen, but it was overwhelming. I didn't know where to start with organizing this area. Catrina did an exceptional job! She is very professional, personable, patient, and creative. As she began to tackle the job, she realized that she needed some items that would be helpful in the organizational process (i.e. baskets, bins, cutlery trays, etc.) She came back with some great items and very reasonable prices! I am extremely pleased. I just can't get enough of going to the kitchen and just standing there in amazement and relief that the task has been accomplished. Would I contact her again? Absolutely!!! She has gained a long-term client! Thank you so much, Catrina!!

She did a one time clean for us, and we will definitely have her come back for our monthly upkeep! She is incredibly detailed with her work. Quite impressive. She works alone, so it takes quite a bit longer than other services we have used--but we were so happy with the results, it's really worth the wait. Our condo has never been so clean. She really does go above and beyond!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    During the initial phone consultation, clients should provide detailed requirements about the project. Clients should be sure to include details to describe whether normal, deep, or heavily soiled cleaning will be needed. Normal cleanings are much like cleanings needed for day-to-day usage of areas. Deep-cleanings describe what is usually referred to as Spring-Cleaning which aims to rid areas of accumulated dust and a deeper clean than one would do in normal cleaning. Heavily soiled cleanings describe situations in which areas have been neglected over time and require deep scrubbing, stronger chemicals, and/or unusual cleaning requirements. The initial quote will only be as good as the information provided by the client. Upon arrival to the property, we will walk through (with the client) to see what needs to be done and to receive additional instructions from the client. After this walk-through, the price will be confirmed by both parties and when in agreement, we will complete the work. Upon completion, we will walk the client through each room to ensure that everything has been properly cleaned in a way that meets and hopefully exceeds the clients expectations.
