Very gentle guy and has a pleasing personality. I was very excited to work with him based on the hopes he had given us but unfortunately he didn't follow through and didn't feel the necessity of informing us in time that he was deciling the job. We wish him good luck. I must agree with Chuck that he is not responsible to anyone and that was a great lesson he taught me that I shouldn't trust any pro.

Charles (chuck) did our staircase refresh and we could not be happier! He removed all of the old carpeting and replaced it with oak steps and they are perfect! We will definitely use him again for future projects.
