- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free up bandwidth in your business by delegating your design work to our team of U.S. based designers. Whether your brands only require one design a week or a design every day, our membership pricing is transparent and based on output. We have 4 different levels of membership to fit various budgets. Plus, since we have no contracts, all of our clients are month to month which allows them to change their membership level up or down based on their needs each month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start off with an intro call to learn more about your brand and share more details on who we are and how we work since we have a unique model. Once you're a member of what we like to call the #SquidSquad, we'll get you set up with your own private login to our client portal dashboard. As soon as your in the portal you can make your first design request and we deliver initial proofs next business day. Then if you have revisions we'll deliver those next business day as well (I know, super-efficient right!?).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a family-owned and operated team of 10+ people all based here in the United States (Atlanta, GA). We do everything in-house (meaning we don't outsource any of our design work) and have completed 9,000+ designs for the 300+ clients on our roster since we launched in 2015.
