Tavie has been a real blessing to me. I am a 79 year old lady with several physical challenges. She came in and took over my organizational problems. She's very focused and exceptionally professional and definitely needs no one to micro-manage, as she is a self starter and completely follows through. She also has a good personality and a great sense of humor.
