Tavie was very polite and professional. She knew exactly what she was doing. She gave me some great advice and tips on things I could do to better organize my office/inventory room. Right from the start I knew I was in good hands. Tavie wanted to know about our family and personalities so she could implement a plan that we would be happy with AND could maintain after she was gone. She even got my kids involved and talked them through the process of decluttering. She helped me in my home school room where we have books and papers and crafts and on and on. She was so patient and respectful but helped us think through and be able to put things in better places (whether that means in a box, or in the trash, or stored elsewhere). She has lit a spark in us all and we have kept the organizing and decluttering going even after she left. We are beyond pleased with the spaces she helped us with!
