Realiable Moving is a very good company. They came prepared and wrapped all of my furniture, I would definitely hire them again in the future. They moved my three bedroom house in a timely manor and were very professional.
I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Use Reliable Moving and Delivery at your own risk. This was the worst moving experience of our lives. Because we couldn't close on our new house the day we moved out of our old house, we had to move our stuff to a storage unit. This complicated an already complicated situation even more than anticipated.
The moving truck sent by Reliable Moving and Delivery was a lot smaller than the 26' truck we requested. The movers themselves were very unprofessional and when they were questioned about certain instances that occurred, we were met with a statement that they were only the employees and couldn't change anything. The movers had very few blankets and absolutely no wrap for our furniture as requested. They also didn't really seem to know how to pack a truck or storage unit very well. Because the truck they sent was so small, it took them 3 trips to the storage unit to get all of our stuff out of the house.
in the process, they seriously scratched up 3 dressers, a dining room table and a kitchen table; broke our hybrid mattress; destroyed a bookshelf and 2 DVD racks, dented a file cabinet and a lamp; and destroyed 2 picture frames. This is all on top of the fact that the movers stole 2 iPhone chargers and an outlet/USB wall charging base out of our nightstands. I am still missing an iPhone and a digital camera, and it wouldn't surprise me if they stole those items too. I have attempted to contact Mr. Anderson several times to see if there is any way to get compensation for any of these items, but after the initial call that I was unhappy with the service we were provided, he will no longer answer my phone calls.
I will never refer this company to anyone who needs a mover. I ended up having to hire another moving company to get my stuff out of storage and into the new house. I firmly believe that the price for using Reliable Moving and Delivery, while relatively economical in the beginning, ended up being far greater than using a higher end moving company in the first place. I will be lucky if I get any compensation for the thousands of dollars of damage Reliable Moving and Delivery cost me with my broken and missing belongings.
