On Sunday evening, we noticed water backing up into the bathtub. On Monday, we contacted thumbtack to find a plumber. Your plumber Andrew Gipson came and spent several hours at my home. He called USIC and the gas company to mark the location of the lines. He dug up and cut the main sewer line, tried unsuccessfully to snake the line into the house, then tried to access the exhaust vent on the roof, but couldn’t reach it. He tried to snake to toilet, using the largest snake I’ve ever seen. He asked my daughter and I to bail the water from the tub so he could pull the toilet. As we were bailing water, at 4:40pm, he rushed in and said he had a family emergency and had to leave. He instructed us to not use too much water and said he would return in the morning. I had no trust left and contacted another company who sent a plumber, who solved the problem in less than a half hour and cleaned up the mess your employee left.
