Had a basement sewer pump conk out. I have no clue what they cost, so after talking to three places who were just talking in circles and could not even tell me the price of a pump - I happened to call Ray. Within a minute, majority of it being me explaining the issue, Ray laid out the estimate (broken by cost of pump, cost of parts and labor). He inquired if it was 'urgent'. I initially assumed it was for some extra 'urgent plumbing fee and said no (we have other bathrooms) But no, it was just to prioritize his customers on who needed something really urgent first! He said he would message me a time, messaged me an ETA, showed up on time, fixed it at the estimated price. A genuinely nice guy who also happens to be a great plumber!
