Chef Joseph catered my company Christmas dinner. It was for seven persons in my home. I provided all the table setting, etc. Joseph was very easy to communicate with and worked with me to develop menu choices. In the end, my guests could choose between Prime Rib and Stuffed Chicken Breast Florentine. Sides were Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans Almondine. Everything was delicious. Joseph arrived when he said he would and he plated and served the meal, then cleaned up. It was a very relaxing evening to have it all taken care of and be able to enjoy my guests and not worry about serving and cleaning up. There were just a few minor issues - the important thing is to clearly communicate so that you are both on the same page and he knows your expectations.

We needed someone to take care of our employees on Thanksgiving day, were are 365 day a year business. This company took care of each shift as if it was the first shift. We will be using them for Christmas too! Food impeccable, service professional, who could ask for more.

I have had the pleasure of dining on delicious food, both from Joseph's Catering and Paula's ZZerts. Joseph is the master cater. We hired Joseph to do a crepe bar, among other food, for a Women's Luncheon. Joseph went out of his way and came several days before hand to check out the "lay of the land." He came early, the day of the event and utilized our space in a way that allowed for several food stations. Several of the women are still talking about how great the crepes and the rest of the luncheon food tasted. They keep asking us if we can have another luncheon and use Joseph, which is definitely something we plan on doing. Overall, a great experience working with Joseph, phenomenal attention to detail and food that your guests will be talking about for quite a while.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You don't have to compromise style or when it comes entertaining . Our menu package includes choice of appetizer display, two entrees, two vegetable sides, starch, salad and (nonalcoholic) drink all at competitive pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years’ experience in the industry working as a personal chef to traveling coast to coast for major sporting and convention events. I’ve had the great honor to learn and work alongside an Olympic team chef as well as an awesome Cajun cuisine chef.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out working in my dad's restaurant mostly on dish duty but getting to try my had at cooking every now and then. It was not until I returned from the military and working in a full service restaurant as a cook that I realized that cooking is my passion. Over 30 years later I still love it.
