- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have spent a lot of time calculating and coming up with my prices. I build everything up into it. I have them where they because that’s what I feel like I am worth. I provide cleaning supplies, I’m driving to your home or office. I give great, quality work. And if for any reason you’re unhappy, you have 24 hours to contact me and let me know. I will come fix whatever you feel I missed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to take time and do a walkthrough and submit a proposal. But as it is, on this site, people are expecting an upfront quote. We do our best to be as accurate as possible, but sometimes it’s not always so black and white.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to an annual summit every year to learn about every aspect of the business.
