- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system based on three main levels. 1. The standard hourly rate for remote service. 2. An Ala-carte service plan for monthly service subscriptions. 3. Monthly Service Plans based on Workstations, Server, and Security in your Home or Business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we begin a new project, we like to personally meet my new customers. Together, we will do a "walk-through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. Within 72 hours of this meeting, I will submit to you a proposal for approximate time, materials, and labor. If you choose to accept this proposal, we will schedule a convenient time to begin your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professionals have been in the industry for a minimum of 5 years experience in addition to their Bachelors's in their respective fields. They are familiar with programing up to the finalization of each project. This includes low voltage, security systems, camera specifications, web design, computer requirements, javascript, server requirements, wiring, and social media prompts for business marketing.
