- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That my prices are fair and reasonable towards what I deliver. 100% satisfaction guaranteed upon what we agreed before. I’m just and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to come out and give an estimate after walking through the house or office. If that’s not possible at all I also give an average of cost from x to x number.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My years of experience says it all.
