• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  All appointments include a full makeup application. A full makeup application includes a brow fill, eye shadow application, foundation, concealer, blush, eye liner, mascara, lashes and highlighter. All pricing can be found on III. VI. Artistry’s website and is non-negotiable. There is a 20% deposit that is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. The amount will be applied towards your balance. Deposits are accepted on III. VI. Artistry’s website or can be paid via invoice. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged in FULL for the appointment. A La Carte services are not provided and providing your own lashes or products will not affect pricing. Financing is available for wedding packages or projects that are valued at $500 or more. III. VI. Artistry has partnered with Wisetack to offer our customers flexible financing options. With Wisetack, you can break up the cost of a service into easy monthly payments. The application takes about a minute to complete, and checking your loan options does not impact your credit score. You can finance up to $25,000 and select from up to 6 different payment plans, including interest-free plans for qualifying customers. With Wisetack, there are no origination, prepayment, or late fees, and there is no compounding interest. The application is initiated by III. VI. Artistry and completed by you. • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  A phone consultation is the first step in learning the requirements of the clients project. After a phone consultation, a follow up call/text is provided to ensure that all details have been finalized. If a pre-trial is requested, it can be booked on III. VI. Artistry’s website. During the pre-trial, the clients desired makeup look is customized and provided. All pre-trials take place at III. VI. Artistry’s makeup studio. The second step is booking the requested appointment on III. VI. Artistry’s website. Once the deposit has been paid, their appointment will be added to III. VI.’s calendar. The submission of a contract to the client that lists an overview of the project details is the final step in solidifying the clients appointment. Please note that contracts are typically sent for wedding parties and that a confirmation email is sent to all clients that book online. The booking confirmation is proof of appointment.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I worked as an apprentice for About Face Atlanta and shortly after began working at MAC Cosmetics, where I began to challenge the skills that I had already attained while continuing to challenge myself to achieve new makeup goals daily.
