I have been working out with Anthony for over two years and from the very beginning have been addicted to his workouts. He makes it fun for that one hour and when I leave, I feel that I truly got a REAL workout! I am amazed that from each workout he comes up with enough different exercises that you do not repeat the same exercises for months. Anthony zones in on the different body muscles and in just a few weeks I felt my body toning up as a whole. He gave me a healthy food program (not a diet) along with some a great website to help me track my progress in food, exercises,weight loss, body fat and BMI. Get FIT Atl's IMPACT program was just what I needed to reach my fitness goals. Before teaming up with Anthony I was stuck in the same fitness routine and seeing no results. I looked like and felt like a middle-aged woman. With Anthony's program I am leaner and stronger than I have ever been. I eat a healthier diet and feel great. I am now the same size as I was when I got married 17 years ago! Before 2 children! Anthony has made my workouts very difficult, but fun! Every workout is different and challenging. Sometimes I think he stays awake at night thinking up new exercises to try out on me, and I have been working out for over 25 years! I have been with him for a year and a half now, have lost almost 10 pounds and 5% bodyfat plus I am alot stronger, especially my lower back. These workouts are so much better than boring machines and I love being with other people. They challenge, encourage, and make me laugh! Thanks Anthony, blessings, Cinda (I'll be 55 in Sept., I'm 5'8"; 149 lbs and about 18% bodyfat)
