Metro Atlanta Radon Mitigation did outstanding work doing radon mitigation in our home, which was up for sale and needed the levels below a certain threshold. The first visit - which was comprehensive indeed - did not bring the levels down to meet EPA requirements, so in keeping with their 10-year warranty, they came until it was fixed at no additional charge. Special thanks to owner Paul Sather, who personally walked us through every step of the process, kept us informed of progress, and did so in a friendly and professional manner. The crew was courteous and diligent, and cleaned up the construction detritus after their visits. This is a top notch outfit, and I strongly recommend them.

I recently tested my house for radon using the First Alert kit and received a reading of 9.1 pCi/L which prompted me to look for a mitigation solution. After contacting a few companies, I felt that Metro Atlanta Radon had the most knowledge and experience to address the radon issue; in addition, they guarantee a radon level of 2.7 pCi/L or lower while others only guaranteed 3.9 pCi/L. On the day of the install, Paul and his team thoroughly walked through the scope of work with me to ensure everyone was on the same page with what needed to be done. The installation team was very professional and did a great job with the installation as well as the cleanup afterwards. More importantly, the radon meter I've been using now shows a reading of less than 0.2 pCi/L! I will use the additional First Alert kits provided after the installation to verify. I'd highly recommend Metro Atlanta Radon Mitigation to address your radon issues!

Much of my work involves real-estate transactions, Many people find they have high radon during the home inspection process. I enjoy working with Realtor's, home buyers/sellers to help the transaction move forward. I also enjoy working withe the concerned homeowner feel safe in their house.
