Fantastic! Russ and his team installed a metal roof, it was completed in one day. It looks beautiful, the color could not be any more perfect but the proof would be when it rained. It rained, and...... we were so pleased it did not rain inside! We love the new roof, thanks!

Russ responded to my call on a Saturday and came out for an estimate the same day. He brought a crew to repair my roof on a Sunday. Their work was quality, they cleaned up well, and Russ reviewed the work with me. I will be calling him again for future work.

Done in 12 hours, and left the place very clean. Russ was very helpful with taking me through the bids and explaining all the differences... Also, took time a few weeks later to look a a possible issue with no cost... So easy to deal with. Love my new roof!

Russ was outstanding. He came out the next day to evaluate and gave us a fair price to address our problem. He was out the following day to fix our roof and was not just one time but early. You will NOT find a better roofing company than Roof Authority in Roswell. Russ did my free inspection and appraisal and gave me an estimate that included everything and ensured I had no surprise charges after the work was done. The team who replaced my roof did beautiful work and even hand nailed the entire roof. They use only the BEST materials and are experts in the field. They have ONLY five star reviews for a reason!!! They cleaned up every tiny bit of debris and have the best warranty you can get ANYWHERE. And, they donate a free roof replacement to a veteran regularly! Wow!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique and customers will receive detailed and competitive proposals for their project. Veterans, Teachers, Police & Firefighter discounts available. We also have a referral program for new customers .... $100.00 Amazon Gift card for referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Admin/Receptionist is the 1st person they will speak with. She will gather as much information as possible before sending it to one of our Sales Professionals. An initial inspection is set and the customer will receive pictures and a detailed inspection report of their roof. A custom roof proposal will be created with options based on your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shingle Quality Specialist from CertainTeed and Master Shingle Applicator from CertainTeed.
