Jason Weinberger

Mr. Jason is a graduate of Kennesaw State University and has been teaching middle and high school in the public school system for over a decade. His focus on exceptional students in the classroom has given Jason the opportunity to work with all types of learners and find ways to make connections in the field of Biology and Environmental Science. As an extracurricular coach, organizer and leader Jason developed a competitive FIRST robotics team at Northview HS. His passion for the outdoors and living systems was developed early in his life through scouting and working as a summer camp counselor. Back in early 2000, while working through college, Mr. Jason was an environmental educator with the Chattahoochee Nature Center. Jason finds time to work summer seasons as a whitewater rafting guide down the Ocoee River in Tn. His most interesting adventure was in 2019 for a 280 mile trip down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. Mr. Jason is excited to bring his skills and experience to your front door or local library and unlock the knowledge for your student.
