We hired Charles to tackle what had basically become a full-on jungle (see before photos). The amount of overgrowth, tangled bushes, and years of neglect was honestly overwhelming. But Charles and his partner showed up with smiles, energy, and a work ethic you just don't see every day. They worked nonstop-through hours of grueling, heavy labor-yet somehow stayed upbeat, joking and laughing with each other the entire time. They actually uplifted my spirits watching them work so hard with such evident joy. It was clear they enjoy what they do, and that joy shows in the quality of their work. The attention to detail was remarkable. Nothing was rushed, nothing skipped. When they were finished, the space looked completely transformed (see after photos).
