- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, it depends on the complexity of the work, how much time I will spend. The starting price is $35 for a 2 pg Resume. $10 for a Professional Cover Letter and $5 for a "Thank you for the Interview" letter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Writing a resume can be a daunting task. I just break the larger task down into small, individual steps, starting with the ones below. 1. I start by taking some notes. 2. I focus on my customer's top strengths and skills. 3. I highlight customer's career accomplishments. 4. Find the perfect format 5. Everything else is my "secret" but it WORKS! 89% of my customers got the job after presenting my State-of-the-Art Resumes, 11% didn't show up on time and/or made a mistake at the interview, or were over qualified...but didn't get the job but continued applying for other jobs and finally got hired.
