- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
86 Athletic issues a standard session charge of $80 for every sport except for tennis, which entails a $90 charge. A minimum of 10 sessions must be booked. Customers who join our mailing list qualify for a discount of up to 25% off any session package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we typically issue a questionnaire to the potential client, or verbally get acquainted by asking a few background questions. We get a feel for the athlete to determine how training regimens should be approached and how we should handle that athlete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are licensed/certified by different associations in their sport.
