What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates can vary depending on which package you choose to purchase. My base rate for weddings usually starts at $1200. Private Parties start at $500 and my rate to officiate weddings is $300.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them on the phone or through email or text, whichever they prefer. We discuss the event and what it will need. We discuss the package and price. Upon the client deciding to hire me the event is confirmed and booked when a deposit of half of the fees discussed is paid and contracts are signed. I eventually meet with my clients somewhere for dinner or a weekend brunch. We all sit down together and discuss the events in detail from beginning to end. Sometimes when necessary we meet more than once for a meal and leading up to the big day emails, texts, and communications are buzzing until we have all the questions we can think of answered. Weddings are a lot like camping, it's all about the preparation before you head out to the woods. Perfection is my line of work. I am all about the details and a personal connection to my couples. I pride myself and the business I do upon it. It is a great honor to do weddings. I take it very seriously.

I have been in the wedding industry now for 23 years. I own and operate my own entertainment company. We specialize in weddings, events, private parties, karaoke, trivia and live djs.
