This was our first time working with Todd and his team. He helped us with the drywall finish work for a basement multi-purpose room. From the start he was very easy to work with. He and his crew were consistent on timelines but also very flexible to balance with my family's schedule. Quality of their work was outstanding! I would absolutely work with Todd and his team again in the future.
Mr. jimmy and his staff did an excellent job on our house. Good communication from start to finish with neat and professional work. The siding on the house was badly damaged. The crew removed the rotten boards and replaced them in just one day. Thanks for being so flexible with my busy schedule. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future.
He came when I needed him, and finished the job!
David helped me with a number of project. Extended my privacy fence, adjusted or replaced 6 door jams, re-stained a hardwood door, and rebuilt two rotted faux columns. He was extremely professional during the entire experience and did excellent work. We are very happy will all the repairs and adjustments made to the house. If I ever need any Carpentry work in the future, I will definitely give David a call again.
I had a very good experience, was very impressed how they clean up after and on schedule with the time it took to finish the job.
We were pleased with the entire experience. We found Sully's work to be on budget and on-time. We were presented with an estimate and a timeline; both of which were met in a professional and courteous manner. We will call Sully for our next general carpentry project.
Michael Treadwell and his crew did an amazing and creative job in solving a difficult carpentry challenge on our staircase bannister, and they were meticulous in eliminating squeaks in the stairs and subfloors. I highly recommend this professional team. - David Henry
Excellent serviceman. Timely arrived, great communication and finished the work smoothly and quickly. Would hire again.
I hired Rush to replace the post on the front of my home and replace the boots on the roof. His crew was also hired to remove several trees . Hired him on Oct 26th and the entire job was finished today Nov.6th. He did a fantastic job, considering it has been raining for the past two weeks. I will highly recommend the Perry brothers for any of their needs. They were polite and very respectful of my property and my time. I will definitely use these men for any of my future projects. There pricing fit well into my budget. They will go that extra mile for whatever you may need...WAY TO GO RUSH, JOHN AND CREW!!!!!!!
Sean and his team are AMAZING! We decided we wanted to paint the walls a day before we moved in and I didn't think it'd be possible to find a painter. Sean contacted me right away and it's the best decision yet. He's extremely professional, does an INCREDIBLE job, and couldn't have asked for better service. He's easy to communicate with, arrives on time, and I cannot recommend Sean and his guys enough. Not only are we having him finish the rest of our house, our in-laws are hiring him too. He will not disappoint!
This was one of my best project experience's. Major deck repair replacing rotten wood and adding critical support columns. Payma was very responsive, right on time an excellent workmanship. Not only great carpentry skills but fast and you could hardly tell any construction took place when the crew left. Thank you Jose , for a for a job that should have been several days turned into a one day fantastic job.. Stan
Pernell was very professional. He always called and confirmed appointments and was extremely polite and respectful. Only problems were the subcontractors working with him. One did not protect surfaces when sending so dust went everywhere and did a very poor job on finishing wall edges. The dry wall installer was just in a hurry. He did not use the appropriate tools (no hole saw for can lights holes for example) and larger holes than necessary for outlets, as a result most of the holes were way too big and space showing. But, Pernell came back and spent a lot of his time fixing all of their mistakes and the end result was very good. I did have to pay extra for the additional material used to fix the errors which in retrospect was not really fair but i would definitely hire Pernell again under the condition that he closely supervises his subcontractors.
They did great work: removed tree limbs, emptied gutters and downspouts, even cleaned the siding afterwards. And after a flat on the way over they still finished up that day.
James and Ashley are really awesome to work with. James came quickly to give me a quote and then returned the next day to finish the work. I called four of Camouflage's references and they were are glowing reviews! We will definitely use them again.
Mr. Baynes has been a contractor for me for numerous projects in my home. The scope and nature of the project work included entire interior and exterior painting of a 6800 sq. ft. home, deck restoration and painting, siding replacement, new construction of sunroom, power washing of house exterior and driveways, new appliance installations, wall and ceiling replacement after major water damage, carpet installation, tile refinishing in the bath area, painting of exterior rod iron fence and gates and widow re-sealing and re-glazing. While home improvement projects are inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Mr. Baynes’s services as a contractor were invaluable, and I have been extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Mr. Baynes top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently. Mr. Baynes was knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in his respective trades. He was conscientious about all of the project specifications, and his work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work. Mr. Baynes was professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of my property and privacy. He had an old school work ethic (often 10-hour days, some Saturdays), good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. His pride in his work was evident. He tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found him to be trustworthy, and felt comfortable with allowing him access inside my home. 3. Project management and coordination. Mr. Baynes’s prior experience working in construction really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of my projects, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities, effectively. 4. Integrity and professionalism. Throughout the projects, I was impressed with Mr. Baynes’s commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. 5. Effective communication. Mr. Baynes kept me closely informed of work schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of the projects. His communication was always clear, informative, and helpful. 6. Flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with unexpected developments. When unforeseen problems surfaced (e.g., water damage behind a wall; he worked diligently with me to identify solutions that was acceptable to me. 7. Responsiveness to my needs and concerns. Mr. Baynes’s commitment to my satisfaction was evident in his actions. 8. Truth in advertising. In his proposal, Mr. Baynes gave a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the projects. His contract was just as detailed in describing the work to be done and the itemized costs. When the project was completed, all the work was done as described and agreed upon, and there were no hidden costs, extra expenses or unpleasant surprises. As a homeowner and customer, I felt Ms. Baynes delivered exactly what he had promised, at the agreed upon price.
I would certainly hire Orlando again for any projects that come up. I had a backsplash installed in my kitchen. Orlando communicated with me before coming out and was on time. He was very professional and I was very pleased with the finished product. He explained what was to be done before starting the job and cleaned up everything when he was finished. He also provided advice to me on additional home projects that I was completing. Wish I could leave a picture, Thanks again!
Excellent work.beautiful finish with our bathroom.very professional.will definitely use them again.
His first job for us was tiling our master bathroom. Then we completely remodeled the kitchen then we built a 1500 square foot addition onto our house. From carpentry and masonry to electrical, drywall and painting, Alex does it all. We cannot imagine having anyone else work on our house. This man is honest, an outstanding craftsman, incredibly hard-working and has an attention to detail second to none.
It was all great. He knows what he is doing and knows how to add value and provides own suggestions that we did not think of to save material and money. He knows and can carpentry, electric and plumbing. Overall, this is how we would like all handymen to be, but few are/have been. So we can totally recommend Joel for any handyman/home improvement project. I also know he'll get his GC license soon.
Many mixed feelings, as the job took much longer than anyone expected and a second man had to come in, clean up and finish the mess the first man started. However, I am still giving four stars because the end result was mostly what I wanted. I also know Keith was extremely sorry for all the mistakes. I know that doesn't make it all okay, but I have my porch enclosed and it will be a great little space. Thank you!
The crew, owners and office staff were very polite and professional. They do quality work in a timely fashion.
