Qua Knows Heating and Air blew me away from start to finish! I was impressed by Qua’s professionalism and friendly attitude, even over the phone. He walked me through the process, asked for pictures and measurements, and provided a quote while we were talking – he even texted it to me for my reference, giving me everything I needed in real-time. Honestly, it all came together so seamlessly that I made my decision right then and there. What really impressed me was that he proactively offered to install the top-tier HVAC system I wanted, before I could even ask for that brand. It was clear he looks out for his customers, prioritizing superior quality, system longevity, and their best interests. To make things even more impressive, his team had to go out of their way – literally to the other side of town during rush-hour – to source a specialized size heat pump to fit my specs for my tiny mechanical closet. They accommodated my need for an afternoon appointment when other companies’ technicians were insisting on early mornings that wouldn’t work for me. I had been struggling to find a company that could accommodate me, my schedule, and offer high-quality equipment, but Qua Knows Heating and Air exceeded my expectations. And the cherry on top? Their price was better than others who were quoting inferior HVAC brands. The installation was lightning-fast, and they left my mechanical closet cleaner than they found it – spotless! The new HVAC heat pump and air conditioning system has been running for about a month now, right in the midst of Atlanta’s notorious yellow pollen season and delightful (sarcasm) fluctuating springtime temperatures, swinging wildly from the low 30s to the mid-80s in a single day, s”often requiring both heat and air conditioning on the same day! And yet, it’s performing beautifully and beyond expectations – it’s awesome!
