I had a plumbing pipe from my kitchen that went beneath the encapsulation crack so it started getting stinky. I thought it was an AquaGuard issue so they came out and confirmed the issue was separate from the encapsulation so I contacted a plumber that replaced the pipe. The great part was that AquaGuard noticed something they could improve and sent a team out to make sure the system was functioning at its best (Free of Charge!). Basically they re-dug the trenches for the drainage beneath the encapsulation connected to the sump pump that keeps my crawl space water free."See more

When I contacted them they came right out and retested just to make sure that the numbers were still high... they were. At that point, we made a plan and set a date for the next week. Since I work nights and sleep during the day they suggested I not be home for the process because they thought the drilling would be too loud. I slept right through it all. Before they started they went over the placement of everything just to be sure we were on the same page. Started about 10 am and ended about 5 pm. Cleaned all debris and then gave me a quick overview of the system and what I should still see and hear. Personally, I don't understand any of it I just know I have a new level of protection against the radon gases that were leaking through the soil. After a few days, I couldn't remember what the liquid gauge meant and he went over it with me again. They have been so helpful, professional, and patient with my questions. I took pictures of the inside but the outside looks professional and like a part of the house. If you are looking for a company to mitigate your radon risk this is the company to choose!!!"See more

Talk about integrity. Corey is phenomenal. We have pipes on an exterior wall that froze and burst two years in a row. Corey came in and not only taught us everything we needed to do, but then went above & beyond in ensuring our wall was insulated using fiberglass rolls, foam in more vulnerable areas, and individually wrapped each pipe in the wall. He also connected us with his drywall contractor to make the entire job a single day. I highly recommend him and his company. Thank you again sir!
