I initially received a very reasonable quote to rework my logo. I was very impressed early on with his professionalism and ability to accommodate my perfectionist tendencies. I received a mock-up by the end of the week which is when I wanted Antonio to complete by branding with a business card design, brochure and stationary/letterhead. All was done within weeks. TB Consulting was brought in to develop my company's onsite training department. While we had an image of the end in mind, we had no clue of where to start to meet the end image. Their consulting expect was a jewel! She exceeded my expectations by making more than a few suggestions on where to start with implementation. In addition to implementation she offered recommendations on how we could continue to enrich the training department over the coming years. She offered a fresh prospective, personal experiences and provided insight into pros & cons on particular software. While we only used TB Consulting for the setup of our training department.     I have worked with Andy Goldstrom of Midcourse Advisors for over 15 years. We first met when I was VP, Supply Chain at Interface when we retained Andy and his firm, USI, to be a management consultant for our global real estate needs. I find Andy's integrity, steady confidence, candor, and straightforward approach to be extremely refreshing. Andy is genuine. He is the same person whether he is sitting across the desk from you working through a business issue or if he is hanging out at a back-yard barbeque. Andy always takes the long view - I never felt like he was "selling" me on something that was not in my best interest regardless of the potential impact on his business results.
