Giving them as much information about myself. I try to communicate thoroughly to build a relationship.Then, through my work earn their trust.

Besides 20+ years of carpentry, I have had one and a half years of drafting and design, as well as psychology courses, along with a lifetime of learning human behavior, which is important in any career, or field of employment.
