- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My traditional pricing structure is not based on square footage. I typically price based on number of images. I can be flexible and will work with you to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, communication is key. Understanding what the customer needs and expects are my first priority. Building a package that works for their needs is much easier when I have a solid understanding of what their needs are.
