FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every visit starts with an $89 service call. The technician diagnoses the problem and gives you the exact price before any work starts, and the $89 is waived if you go ahead with the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us your request and our assistant calls you within minutes to pick a Monday to Friday 3-hour arrival window. The technician arrives in that window, finds the cause, and gives you the exact price before any work starts. You approve it, we fix it, and you get a written summary of what was done.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Homeowners, renters with their landlord's OK, and property managers across the Savannah area. We also handle home-warranty repair claims.
