Steven is fantastic! From the moment he accepted the job, I knew I was in good hands. He made contact right away and made sure he had a clear understanding of exactly what I needed, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I'm not handy AT ALL, and Steven made sure to take the time to walk me through every step of the project in a way that I not only understood the work he was doing, but like I could almost do it myself! His professionalism is unmatched - you can tell that he has loads of experience, takes pride in his work and isn't willing to cut corners or deliver anything but the best - and his personality made it feel more like an old friend was helping me than a stranger trying to make a buck. He even fixed a few things that a previous contractor had installed because they weren't done correctly before he left!
