- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent and fair pricing — no hidden fees. Pricing is based on the size of the space and the level of cleaning needed (standard, deep clean, or turnover). I offer discounts for recurring services and seasonal promotions for new customers. My goal is to give you quality service that fits your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand your needs, priorities, and schedule. From there, I provide a clear estimate and outline the service plan. On the day of cleaning, I arrive on time, bring all the supplies needed, and walk through the space with you (if you’d like) to make sure expectations are clear. After the first clean, I check in for feedback and adjust as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in professional cleaning with both residential and short-term rental properties. I also bring strong organizational and problem-solving skills from my background in project management and customer service, which help me communicate clearly and deliver a reliable experience for every client.
