- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge by the job and not by the hour. The way I price is usually based on the size, condition, and what all you require to be done to your home/business/office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Set a date and time for me to come and view your home or place of business. 2. I'll make sure I present you with my license and insurance. 3. I'll take a walk through of your home or business. 4. Businesses: After we come to a mutual agreement. I will email you my Bid Proposal within 24hrs which is a breakdown of my services; right along with a 90 day price quotation just in case you may have other bids. This way you can keep me on file in case things change with your current cleaning service. 5. One-Time Cleaning Residential Homes or Move In/Move Out Cleaning: After a walk through of your home; we will sit down and I'll then provide you with my Price Range Chart. With this it will allow you to determine what's in your budget and leave room for negotiations. Once we come to a mutual agreement; let me know the date and time you would like services to be rendered and I will check my availability. 6. Only with #5 you will have to provide payment before services are rendered. I accept debit card payments through the Venmo app in Google Play Store. My name is @BarbaraJeanScott. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from Savannah Tech in the field Auto Collision Repair. In January 2016, I will be taking up Gulfstream Courses at Savannah Technical College to further my education and automotive painting skills.
