Dylan is really awesome to work with. Everything that he outlined in the contract was fulfilled. Very professional and so kind enough to explain everything that you need to know. I’m just waiting now if my electricity bill will go down after he did all the insulation. Overall, very satisfied with the work and punctuality.

Having performance Energy come out and help us figure out how to best save on energy is the best decidion we have ever made for our home. They came out looked things over showed us where we could improve savings. They are very professional and they explain in detail what they recomend. They even brought a folder full of credentials and explaining exactley what they would be doing. The crew that came out to do the work was great. Very easy to talk to very professional and explained things that were being done. We will also be looking into using them for further projects like roofing and windows.

The Performance Energy team were great! It was easy to schedule an appointment and they showed up on time and performed a thorough energy review of the house. They explained their findings in details and their recommendations. We agreed to move forward with their recommendations and they came the next week, performed all the services and sent us detailed pictures of what they had done. The work was performed thoroughly and efficiently.The total price was exactly as estimated and their communication throughout the job was excellent.Highly recommend!

Absolutely top notch service. Our attic had not had any insulation added, probably since it's construction in the mid 70's. Paul came in and told me everything they would do and I was blown away. I had two bathroom vents just blowing that humid air into my attic making it worse and he fixed those up to code. The crew was very polite and made sure to clean up well after completing the work. I am 100% comfortable with his work and would not hesitate using his business again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers tell us we are very competitive. They also tell us that no one else is taking the Whole house approach the way we do. We are trained to find the maximum savings and improvements for our clients.
We offer 10% military and senior discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will perform a free initial consultation which includes a whole house inspection (low level). This will help us identify areas of concern including cold rooms, hot rooms, allergies to airborne particles moving around from unconditioned spaces into the conditioned space including: pollen, dust, mold and so forth. We will write up a scope of work based on the DOE (Department of Energy) guidelines. This write up will include PROPERLY air sealing before insulating as well as inspecting and including any issues related to the HVAC system, duct work and ventilation. We take the "Whole House Approach" to improving your homes "Energy Performance".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We maintain a current business license in our service area for our profession. In addition, we are trained as BPI (Building Performance Institute) building analysts. This set of certifications includes the IDL (intrusion detections leakage) certification for HVAC systems. This enables us to isolate any issues with the HVAC, document and repair the same. In addition we are engaged in the RESNET certification and Energy Star process and can provide ratings for both if needed.
