- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate on an hourly basis at $50 per hour. This rate is for all design selections, ordering, and installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our in person clients, we start with a consult at the project location to go over the scope, style and vision for the project. From there we provide an estimate on how many hours we expect the project to take and provide a contract to be signed. After we receive a signed contract, we will begin the design process. You will receive an initial virtual design board and selection sheet that shows specific items we have picked out. We will then work with you to add, remove, or switch out items to your liking. Once we have the design exactly how you want it, we will order all products and install them at the project location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree from Appalachian State University in Exercise Science. After graduation, I was a flight attendant for five years. I had the privilege to travel to many countries across the globe, which is where I pull a lot of my design inspiration from. I have always had a passion for interior design and after leaving the airlines, I decided to start my own business.
